Rich loves design, facilitation and org-systems tinkering. He’s an activist and campaigner and has worked at PIRC for almost 15 years through various organisational incarnations, including a flat management structure for the last 7 years. He’s also been involved in housing coops, helping found one in Machynlleth, and supporting others, especially with policies and finance.

For many years Rich has wanted to be a librarian of more radical organisational policies and practices. Finally, working with Kiran and Liam, his time has come! Take a seat, get comfortable and tell us: what was the first organisational practice you ever fell in love with?
